On The 17 Day Diet, a frequent question that is asked is whether you can eat cheese or not. As an avid cheese lover, I of course researched this in the book. Yes, you can eat cheese. But wait…there is a catch. The first 17 days you are only allowed to eat FAT FREE cheese and parmesan cheese (the kind you sprinkle that is in a bottle). After 17 days, you are allowed to eat low fat or reduced fat cheese.
