Stress Relief Tips, Day 4, Tip 4
Stop what you are doing. JUST STOP. Do something totally unpredictable. Let’s say you have been feeling stressed all day about whatever reason. Do something you have not done yet that day to get your mind off things.
For example, I’ve been in the house all day. The kids are driving me crazy. I pack them up in the car and go to ________. I hate the mall, but today, I decided to go there for a change of pace. Something as little as that can make you feel a lot better.
